When booking a session with SunnyBees Photography you are setting aside time to create genuine moments with the ones you love. While I assist in posing, I also love to capture your personality as well. SunnyBees specializes in preserving your most candid moments for both you and future generations. I am natural light photographer, in other words, I typically stick to using the available light around me.
THE SUN
The beautiful golden sun just before sunset and diffused light from an overcast sky are gems to me. I totally use it to my advantage. For this reason, my family sessions generally take place in the evenings and mornings during the first and last few hours of sunlight.
I will assist you in outfit choices as well as finding a location that best suits your session or the perfect spot in the coziest corner of your home.

Hey there! I'm Sonya but for as long as I can remember I've been Sunny. I am the owner of SunnyBees Photography. I specialize in boudoir, family, couple and lifestyle newborn photography located in Salem Indiana and serving all over Indiana and Northern Kentucky.
I'm also a Sentimental mom who loves documenting EVERYTHING and has found so much joy in capturing others sweet memories as well. I've learned throughout the years how meaningful photographs become as the years pass. I think it's so important to capture your life so that you and your loved ones have these wonderful reminders of moments you've shared together.
I'm a pretty simple stay at home mom of three beautifully wild and chaotic children who keep me on my toes from sunup to sundown. My husband and I have been together almost a decade now and married half that time. He is our family's rock, my all-around number one fan and the one to help me make all of my craziest dreams come true. We live on four acres that one day will be filled with endless rows of beautiful flowers. The perfect location to live out my dream of photographing my beautiful clients at my home, using my yard. I am the owner of two businesses, all while still managing to can fresh spaghetti sauce straight from our ALWAYS out of control garden.
